Juma Jux reveals he plans to have over 5 kids with wife Priscilla Ojo

Celebrated Tanzanian musician Juma Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux, has opened up about his plans to expand his family with his wife, Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo.
Speaking when he appeared for an interview on a local Bongo radio station on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, the musician explained that while it would have been easy for him to have children at any time, he has been deliberate in choosing the right partner and the right timing to start a family.
Jux emphasised that, for him, having a child is a significant decision that goes beyond simply starting a family.
“It was possible for me to have children at any time, like other people, but I was never stressing over not having sired any because I knew I could anytime. For me, having a child is not just anything; it’s a big thing,” he said.
He shared that the biggest challenge in building a family was finding the right partner who aligns with his values and vision.
The timing of starting a family was less of an issue because he believes that divine guidance plays a role in such important life decisions.
“I had to be deliberate about who I have a child with and whether the timing is right. Timing was not much of an issue because I believe God helps with that. You also have the power to wait,” he said.
Jux revealed that some of his personal goals for 2025 arrived sooner than expected, highlighting that life often brings unanticipated blessings when one is patient and intentional.
“The biggest hurdle for me was finding the right person. That’s why some of the things I hoped for in 2025 came sooner than I anticipated,” Jux added.
Regarding his future family plans, Juma Jux indicated that both he and Priscilla Ojo are aware of the need to act promptly to grow their family.
He disclosed that he hopes to have at least five children, and if circumstances and divine favour allow, he aspires to have six.
The musician also expressed his belief that God will help make these plans a reality.
“About having more kids, my wife and I know we are running a bit late, so we need to hurry. I want five children, and if God allows, I will have six. I am also praying and confident that God will help make that happen,” he said.
The couple’s joyful news was shared online by Priscilla’s mother, Iyabo Ojo, who also expressed her delight in becoming a grandmother.
The couple previously hosted a lavish gender reveal party in August 2025, which was attended by friends, family, and several celebrities.
The event was praised for its elegant décor, stylish attendees, and the radiant appearance of Priscilla Ojo, who showcased her baby bump in a flowing brown gown. Social media was abuzz with messages of congratulations and admiration for the couple.
