Even before the dust settles on his conversion from the Christian religion to Islam, Jaymo Ule Msee is back in the limelight again.

This is after he shared a video advising gossipers on how they should conduct themselves.

In a video posted on Facebook on Sunday, December 28, 2025, the popular content creator said gossiping had become a serious business that requires accountability, especially in an era where information spreads fast.

Jaymo argued that people who share stories about others often act as if they have “high-level intelligence” and reliable sources, yet they rarely take responsibility when their claims turn out to be false.

Unajua gossipers, eh, need to be held accountable,” he said.

According to Jaymo, anyone who gives out stories about people’s lives should be ready to stand by them or publicly explain when things go wrong.

He explained that if a gossiper shares a story that later fails to materialise, they should not go silent or pretend nothing happened.

Instead, Jaymo said such individuals should come out openly and admit that their information was wrong or their sources were compromised.

“You need to come out strongly so that your reputation as a serial gossiper ibaki ikiwa juu,” he said, adding humorously that one can say their sources were compromised or even that they were “scammed by the devil.”

Jaymo’s message suggested that gossiping has now become a “brand” for some people, and like any brand, it requires credibility and accountability.

“With accountability as a gossiper, you come out as a brand,” he noted, stressing that individuals should own up to mistakes instead of misleading the public.

Since then, many Kenyans have closely followed his content, curious to see whether his messages and outlook would change.

While he did not directly link his advice to his recent religious conversion, some viewers interpreted the message as a call for more responsibility, honesty and self-awareness in public discourse.

The video quickly attracted reactions online, with some praising Jaymo for addressing gossip culture in a humorous but thoughtful way, while others debated whether gossipers would ever hold themselves accountable.

As conversations continue, Jaymo Ule Msee remains a figure who blends comedy with commentary, keeping audiences engaged while sparking discussions on everyday social behaviour.
