Harmonize over the moon after Fridah Kajala cooks for him

The lovestruck musician, who has been openly sharing sweet moments with Kajala in recent days, took to Instagram on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, to show off the meal she had prepared for him.
Harmonize said he rarely asks his girlfriend to cook, but noted that she has been paying close attention to his health and diet. He praised her effort, saying he appreciated the care and time she took to make sure he was eating right.
The singer also described the gesture as meaningful, explaining that it is not easy for someone to put everything aside just to take care of their partner, but Kajala still did it for him.
“Normally, I don’t ask my girl to cook for me. But she’s been there watching my health and diet. That is my baby. Forget how beautiful she is, putting he ass down to cook for a nigga is not that easy. I don’t take that for granted,” Harmonize stated.
Rekindled romance
Harmonize and Frida Kajala rekindled their romance in December 2025 after spending years in an on-and-off relationship that played out in the public eye.
Their reunion first drew attention on Christmas Eve when they were seen together at a party in Zanzibar. Soon after, videos emerged online showing Harmonize singing to Kajala as an excited crowd watched.
Kajala appeared delighted, smiling and dancing along, and the pair were also captured sharing a kiss, sparking fresh speculation about whether they were officially back together. Harmonize looked emotional during the moment, as Kajala seemingly accepted his return.
On and off romance
The two have remained one of East Africa’s most discussed celebrity couples, with every breakup often followed by rumours, cryptic posts and intense debate among fans across the region.
Their first major fallout happened only months after they went public. Kajala ended the relationship after Harmonize was accused of inappropriate conduct involving her daughter, Paula, who was still a teenager at the time.
The controversy intensified when alleged private chats and explicit images said to have been sent by Harmonize to Paula surfaced online. The issue quickly turned into a public feud that also dragged in fellow Bongo star Rayvanny, who was dating Paula at the time.
After staying apart for more than a year, Harmonize spent months publicly pleading for Kajala’s forgiveness. They eventually reunited in early 2022, and by June that year, he proposed during a glamorous ceremony. At the event, he named Kajala CEO of his label, Konde Music Worldwide, and surprised her with two Range Rover Evoques.
However, that second chance did not last long. Less than a year later, the couple split again, with reports suggesting the breakup was triggered by cheating claims and a pregnancy scandal. Rumours circulated that Harmonize had been unfaithful and impregnated another woman. Kajala later confirmed the separation, saying she was moving on, before deleting his photos from her social media and removing his name from her bio.
