By , April 22, 2026

Kylie Jenner is facing fresh headache after a former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, formally reported facing workplace humiliation and discrimination.

According to an article by e! News, the case centres on Vasquez’s time working at Jenner’s home in Hidden Hills, California, where she says she experienced repeated mistreatment. The report brings forward harassment claims and a difficult work environment during her employment.

Vasquez claims she was “humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race” while working at the residence. She also claims that the treatment she faced was ongoing and serious, affecting her experience on the job. The case was reported on April 21, 2026 bringing attention to the claims made against the business entities linked to the property.

The media personality who was recently dropped from billionaires list has not publicly addressed the matter, and a request for comment through her representative had not received a response at the time of reporting.

Concerns about her working conditions

Angelica Vasquez, who is described in the complaint as a Salvadoran woman and a practising Catholic, outlined several concerns about her working conditions. She claimed she was often given the most difficult and least desirable tasks compared to others.

“This conduct was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment,” she argued.

Vasquez further said that the treatment included intimidation and behaviour she described as demeaning. She said that supervisors who were present did not take any action to address what was happening. According to the complaint, this lack of response allowed the situation to continue without change.

When she raised concerns, Vasquez claimed her situation became worse. She said that she was given more work, had her hours reduced, and faced accusations and disciplinary warnings. She also stated that the treatment continued in public settings, adding to her claims of humiliation.

She claimed that an unnamed supervisor threw hangers at her feet while addressing her. The case continues to develop as the claims move through the legal process.
