Content creator Fao Shyshy has expressed frustration with modern dating, saying that men today are not meeting expectations.
She wrote on Instagram on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, saying, “Someday I’m gonna date a man who gets me flowers and chocolates on my periods as my dad does, no romance out here at all. So ghetto damn.”
Fao added that the current dating scene has left her feeling unfulfilled.
“Very much in my feels atm, nothing fascinating at all,” she said.
