Rhema Feast 2026: 5-day Christian worship event kicks off at Uhuru Park
By Valerian Khakayi, August 31, 2026Rhema Feast 2026 has officially kicked off at Uhuru Park in Nairobi, bringing together Christian worshippers for five days of worship, prayer, biblical teaching and spiritual renewal.
The five-day gathering, running from Monday, August 31, to Friday, September 4, 2026, is being convened by Reverend Julian Kyula, the founder of Ruach Assemblies and the visionary behind Rhema Feast.
The event is expected to attract thousands of Christians from Kenya and across Africa.
Marking the start of the event, Kyula said there was already a sense of expectation among those gathered at the venue.
“One people. One faith. One call. From every corner, we’ve gathered at Uhuru Park to answer the call. Day 1 of Rhema Feast is here, and already, there is a sense of expectation in the atmosphere,” Kyula said.
He said he believed God had brought the worshippers together for a purpose as they gather to worship and hear His Word.
“I believe God has brought us together for such a time as this. As we gather, worship, and hear His Word, may our hearts be open to all that He desires to do in and through us,” he added.
2026 Theme
This year’s Rhema Feast is being held under the theme “Come, Let Us Rebuild”, drawn from Nehemiah 2:17.
The theme centres on spiritual renewal, restoration and rebuilding, with organisers encouraging worshippers to reflect on what God desires to do in and through them.
“Come, let us rebuild – Nehemiah 2:17,” Kyula said as he welcomed attendees to the 2026 gathering.
The event follows a dedication ceremony at Uhuru Park on Sunday, August 30, led by Kyula and Deliverance Church Umoja Senior Pastor Bishop J.B. Masinde.
During the ceremony, Masinde prayed over and dedicated the grounds ahead of the gathering, asking for healing, miracles, salvation and spiritual restoration among those who would attend.
Who will speak at Rhema Feast 2026?
The five-day gathering features several prominent Christian ministers and worship leaders from Kenya and across Africa.
Among the ministers scheduled to feature are Apostle Joshua Selman, Apostle Michael Orokpo, Apostle Grace Lubega, Pastor Poju Oyemade, Dr David Ogbueli, Bishop J.B. Masinde, Lady Bishop Funke Felix-Adejumo, Lady Bishop Kathy Kiuna, Apostle Mignonne Kabera, Apostle Felix Okoh and Pastor George Macharia.
The event will also feature gospel musicians and worship leaders, including Nigerian ministers Sinach and Dunsin Oyekan, as well as South African gospel artistes Dr Tumi and Ntokozo Mbambo.
Five days of worship and teaching
Throughout the gathering, worshippers are expected to participate in preaching, worship and prayer sessions.
According to organisers, Rhema Feast has grown into a major Christian gathering bringing together believers for spiritual renewal, biblical teaching and fellowship.
The main convention is free to attend, while registration is required for the Rhema Business Forum scheduled for September 4 at Uhuru Park Gardens. The forum is designed for Christian entrepreneurs, professionals and marketplace leaders.
As Day One gets underway, Kyula has encouraged those attending to remain open to what God desires to do during the five-day gathering.
“Welcome to Rhema Feast 2026,” he said.
