Evelyn Wanjiru honours Kathy Kiuna for lighting up her worship event

In a post shared on Facebook on Thursday, December 11, 2025, Evelyn revealed that despite a tight schedule, Kathy Kiuna not only attended but actively participated, dancing, worshipping, and praying over attendees, creating moments that Evelyn described as truly anointed.
“When generals show up, atmospheres shift! Lady Bishop @kathykiuna came to @praiseatmosphere despite her tight schedule, and not only showed up, she danced, she worshipped, she prayed over us… and Heaven moved,” Evelyn wrote.
Evelyn highlighted that Kathy’s presence had a profound impact on the atmosphere, connecting with the crowd, lifting spirits, and blessing the event with her joyful and prayerful participation.
She credited the Lady Bishop’s involvement with moving the atmosphere and celebrating what she called ministry in motion and pure grace.
“We noticed, we are humbled, and we are deeply grateful. We honour her and everything God has bestowed upon her,” she added.
The singer also noted that Kathy’s contribution went beyond mere attendance, saying her prayers and worship were pivotal in sealing a season of blessings at the gathering.
Evelyn further encouraged attendees to share the experience, tagging themselves and others who were inspired by the Bishop’s presence.
“Her presence connected with the crowd, her joy lit the room, and her prayer sealed the season.
That is ministry in motion — pure grace! We celebrate her, and we look forward to seeing more of her in seasons ahead. Tag us, yourself, your squad, and anyone who was blessed by her presence If God is gathering generals like this now… imagine next season! Bigger grace. Deeper encounters. God at the centre, always!” she added.

The event comes days after Evelyn unveiled the lineup for Praise Atmosphere 2025, featuring a mix of local and international gospel ministers, including USA-based pastor Naomi Raine, Guardian Angel, Kestin Mbogo, Lady Bee, Wilberforce Musyoka, Njoki Munyi, and herself.
She also paid tribute to Ruach Assemblies’ founder, Reverend Julian Kyula, acknowledging his unwavering support and guidance in ensuring the success of the event.
Evelyn described Kyula’s mentorship and support as a vital part of the event’s success, noting that his wisdom and encouragement had helped carry the vision of Praise Atmosphere further than words could express.
“Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr Rev. Julian Kyula. Thank you, sir, for the endless support you have so graciously offered to Praise Atmosphere over the years. Your wisdom, your covering, and your unwavering belief in this vision have carried us further than words can express. In this Season of Completion, we honour you deeply. Thank you for standing with us, guiding us, and cheering us on; we are truly blessed,” Evelyn wrote at the time.
