Corazon Kwamboka reveals reason she never skips gym

By , March 16, 2026

Fitness enthusiast and influencer Corazon Kwamboka has opened up about the real reason she remains committed to the gym, revealing that for her, working out goes far beyond chasing the perfect body.

In a message shared on her Instagram page on Monday, March 16, 2026, Corazon admitted that while there are many reasons she exercises, one stands above the rest, saying the gym has been the only form of therapy that has consistently worked for her.

“There are many reasons why I work out… but one of them is that it’s the only therapy that ever worked for me,” Corazon Kwamboka stated.

The mother of two has built a reputation online for her dedication to fitness. Over the years, Corazon has been candid about the emotional boost she gets from exercise. To her, the gym is not just about sculpting abs or lifting heavier weights. It is where she clears her mind, releases stress and resets after long days.

Still, even with years of discipline under her belt, she recently admitted she does not always see the results others might notice.

Last week, while scrolling through her social media memories, Corazon came across a throwback photo from March 10, 2023. Despite the hard work, she confessed that she rarely feels the progress herself and often ends up being her own toughest critic.

Like many people who train regularly, she says it is easy to overlook the small improvements that come with time and consistency.

Knee injury

Recently, the influencer has also had to slow down after suffering a knee injury, a development that clearly frustrated her. After finally seeing a doctor about the issue, Corazon admitted the situation forced her to rethink how she approaches training.

Rather than pushing her body for appearance or ego, she says she now wants to focus on exercises that support long-term health. Longevity, she noted, matters more than chasing aesthetics or trying to prove something in the gym.
