Cindy tearfully discusses doctors’ warning after ultrasound shows possible pregnancy complication
By Steve Ireri, February 14, 2026Renowned Kenyan TikToker Cynthia Achieng, popularly known as Cindy Baibe, has broken down in tears during a TikTok live after receiving the results of an ultrasound she underwent following her latest pregnancy.
In the live broadcast on Saturday, February 14, 2026, Cindy appeared visibly distressed as she addressed her followers about her hospital visit and the medical tests that suggested she had an ectopic pregnancy.
She said she had gone to the hospital and was informed that the required treatment would cost approximately Ksh260,000.
“I have gone to the hospital, and I have been told that the treatment will cost around 260k. The doctors have now said that I must have a C-section done on me,” she shared.
During the emotional session, Cindy strongly denied allegations circulating online that she was fabricating the situation to solicit money from her supporters.
She maintained that she had not asked anyone for financial assistance and insisted she would not lie about such serious medical news. In an effort to counter the claims, she displayed what she said was her doctor’s report during the live broadcast.
“I cannot be lying about such news because people think I am after money. No, I have not asked for any money yet, so it means I am not lying. Here is the doctor’s report,” she added.

The pelvic ultrasound report she shared identified the patient as Cynthia Achieng. It indicated that the uterus was normal in size, measuring 8.49 cm by 3.66 mm, and showed homogeneous echotexture with no focal lesion observed. However, the report noted moderate free fluid within the endometrial cavity.

The findings also revealed a thin-walled anechoic cystic lesion on the left ovary measuring 5.27 cm by 5.26 cm.
Additionally, moderate free fluid was observed in the bilateral adnexal regions and within the peritoneal cavity.
While Morison’s pouch and the splenorenal pouch were reported as clear, significant free fluid was noted in the pouch of Douglas (POD).

The report advised clinical correlation in the event of a positive pregnancy test to rule out a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and recommended a CT scan for further evaluation.
