Chief Godlove vows to relocate to Kenya after experiencing Kileleshwa life
By Steve Ireri, January 19, 2026Tanzanian influencer Godlove Mwakibete, popularly known as Chief Godlove, has pledged to make Kenya his permanent home after experiencing the opulent way of life in Kileleshwa, Nairobi.
In a video shared on TikTok on Monday, January 19, 2026, Godlove gave a detailed tour of his luxury apartment, describing it as a reflection of his Nairobi lifestyle and a source of motivation for fans.
“Let me show you my life in Nairobi and how I live, to motivate you. I live in this apartment, which also has an office inside. Let me show you the other rooms I have. This is my bedroom when I’m in Nairobi. I made this video to motivate you; even if you are watching with negativity, still take the motivation from it. It is possible to live a luxurious life in any country or place, whether in the United States, Canada, or anywhere else,” Chief said.
He said the video was meant to inspire people, urging viewers not to watch with negativity but to see what is possible through hard work and ambition.
Godlove explained that the apartment includes a private office and several rooms, some of which he does not use.
He expressed particular admiration for his bedroom, saying it is one of his favourite spaces in the home.
He also highlighted modern features in the apartment, including automated lighting that switches on when entering rooms, noting that such conveniences are rare back home in Tanzania.
“I am showing you this to inspire you. As you can see, when I enter any room, the lights turn on automatically. Things like this are not common back home in Tanzania. I really love this room. I have everything I need; there is nothing missing. There are also other rooms in the house that I do not use,” he stated.

The influencer said he has received overwhelming love and support since spending time in Nairobi, adding that the warm reception has made him consider staying in Kenya for the long term.
“The way Nairobi has shown me love makes me think I might not leave,” he said, suggesting that the city now feels like home.
He said he plans to release another video to explain what really happened, noting that many supporters remain confused by the reports. He assured fans that he would clarify the situation so that the truth is fully understood.
“Today, I will also make another video to explain what happened regarding my cars, because some people were saying they were auctioned. Up to now, there are people who support me but do not fully understand what really happened,” he stated.
