Chebet Ronoh shuts down claims that diet and exercise don’t work

Content creator and dancer Chebet Ronoh has addressed claims that diet and exercise do not produce results, insisting that consistent effort over time is key.
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, she said some people have approached her online, saying they worked out and ate well but saw no results.
“People get on this app and gaslight me that some people just work out and diet, and it doesn’t work out, okay? Sorry for you who just got it,” she said.
“In 2025, you wanna argue with science, so you’re trying to tell me that you consistently, for 3 to 6 months, ate well and went to the gym, and you saw no results? Please, just say you are lazy.”

Chebet had earlier used the opportunity to also speak against cosmetic procedures, including Ozempic brands and BBL procedures. She said she has always valued her natural body and will not undergo surgery or chemical interventions for aesthetic reasons.
“Call me traditional, call me backwards. But I can never go under the knife. I can never do such a thing. And if you are planning it or have already done so, don’t get offended. Remember this is my page, this is my body, and this is my life. Remember,” she stated in a TikTok video shared on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Natural approach
Chebet explained that her stance has been consistent since childhood. She said she has never been a fan of procedures and does not support altering the body in ways that are not part of the natural process.

“Ever since I was a child, I have never been a fan of procedures. And anything that requires me to alter my body, chemically or physically, that doesn’t involve the natural process, count me out,” she said.
Her message highlights her commitment to fitness and health through natural methods like diet and exercise rather than shortcuts.
She also said that people should take responsibility for their own fitness journey and understand that results require consistency and effort.
