Why Nasieku and JustCallMeKlaus did not perform at Vaibu Ni Mautamu show revealed

Their management, Cluster Talent Africa, issued a statement apologising to fans who had turned up expecting to see the two dancers perform. The agency attributed their absence to changes in the event schedule, saying circumstances beyond its control prevented the performers from taking the stage.
Scheduling changes
According to Cluster Talent Africa, its team arrived at the venue an hour before the dancers’ scheduled 4:30 pm performance slot. The management said the slot was later adjusted to 5 pm following a mutual agreement.
However, the agency claimed the performance time was repeatedly rescheduled without clear communication. It further alleged that several acts, including four artists and an unexpected guest personality, were added ahead of Nasieku and JustCallMeKlaus.
The management said this happened despite the dancers arriving promptly and making repeated attempts to clarify the running order.
“While this situation was deeply regrettable and frustrating, our talents chose to remain patient in hopes of delivering the performance their fans came to see,” the statement read.
Cluster Talent Africa said the dancers remained at the venue hoping that the situation would be resolved and that they would eventually get an opportunity to perform.
However, the continued changes to the programme reportedly made it impossible for them to deliver their performance as planned. Nasieku and JustCallMeKlaus eventually left the event without taking the stage.
The agency expressed regret over the situation, particularly because fans had attended the show expecting to watch the dancers perform.
Management calls for better planning
Following the incident, Cluster Talent Africa urged event organisers to prioritise clear communication when working with artists and performers.
The agency also called for greater respect for artists’ and dancers’ time, as well as professional scheduling standards during future productions.
The statement concluded with an apology to the affected fans and a call for organisers to ensure that agreed performance times and running orders are communicated clearly.
For Nasieku and JustCallMeKlaus, the missed performance meant fans who had come specifically to see them were left without the anticipated dance showcase. Cluster Talent Africa said it hoped future events would have better coordination to avoid similar situations.
