TikToker Patrick Mbacio appeals to women he hosted for help amid health battle

Mbacio, who has become known for his viral social media videos featuring different women, is now asking some of those women to return the favour by helping him raise money for medicine, fruits and other basic needs.
In a TikTok video shared on Thursday, September 3, 2026, Mbacio directly addressed women who have previously interacted with him and those who may have benefited from his financial support.
“Mwanadada pahali popote ulipo, mwenye ushawahi kuhusana na pesa ya The Patrick the Truth, sasa ndio muda wa kurudisha. Ama hata unitumie pesa tu ya kununua matunda,” Mbacio said.
Women urged to give back
The TikToker said he had noticed that only a small number of women had visited him since his health condition became a concern.
“Kwa ajili tangu wakati niliongezeka, nakuambia tu ni wawili nimeona wamekuja kutembelea,” he said.
Mbacio went on to appeal to other women who had previously benefited from his generosity, including those he said had received money for meals and transport.
“Hawa wengine wote wenye ulihusiana na pesa ya The Patrick the Truth, ya lunch, ni kusevuna kakitu. Nakuambia, eh, mpaka nakuambia ya fare,” he said.
He urged them to contribute whatever they could, stressing that even a small amount would make a difference.
“Rudisheni kitu kidogo ili The Patrick the Truth aweze kununua madawa na hata apate matunda. Kwa ni watu wazuri, mwanadada,” Mbacio appealed.
Mbacio’s latest appeal comes after his recent videos sparked concern among some of his followers.
The TikToker has gone viral in recent days after sharing videos in which he appeared noticeably thinner and, to some viewers, looked unwell compared with his previous appearance.
The change has led to increased discussion among online users, with some expressing concern about his wellbeing and asking whether he was facing a serious health problem.
