Peter Salasya attends Rhema Feast 2026, calls it a divine encounter
By Valerian Khakayi, August 31, 2026Mumias East Member of Parliament Peter Salasya has shared his experience after attending the ongoing Rhema Feast 2026 at Uhuru Park in Nairobi.
Salasya, on Monday night, August 31, 2026, described the gathering as a powerful and transformational experience, praising Pastor Julian Kyula for organising the five-day Christian worship event.
“Pastor Julian Kyula, may God continue to bless you and enlarge your territory for organising such a powerful and transformational gathering as Rhema Feast,” Salasya said.
The lawmaker said the evening had been a spiritual experience, particularly after listening to Bishop Masinde speak about personal growth in the spiritual realm.
“This evening was truly a divine encounter. Listening to Bishop Masinde speak about upgrading ourselves in the spiritual realm was a powerful reminder that God is constantly calling us into deeper levels of faith, growth, and intimacy with Him,” he said.

Salasya also revealed that despite not being deeply involved in church activities, the experience had left a lasting impression on him.
“Ata kama mimi si mtu wa church sana, I can honestly say that tonight touched something deep within me,” he said.
He reflected on how people can encounter God in unexpected places and receive messages that challenge them to look beyond their physical circumstances.
“Sometimes God meets us in places we least expect, speaks to our hearts, and reminds us that there is more to life than what we see in the physical,” Salasya said.

The MP said he left the gathering feeling encouraged and spiritually refreshed after the experience.
“I left feeling encouraged, challenged, and spiritually refreshed. May God continue to use Rhema Feast to transform lives, awaken hearts, and draw many people closer to Him,” he said.
Salasya also thanked Kyula for creating a platform where people could encounter God and reflect on their purpose.
“Thank you, Pastor Julian Kyula, for creating a platform where people can encounter God and be reminded of His purpose for their lives,” he said.
He concluded by encouraging people to continue pursuing spiritual growth and embracing the levels of faith they believe God has prepared for them.
“May we all continue to grow, upgrade, and rise to the spiritual levels God has prepared for us,” Salasya said.
