Nana Owiti celebrates Kapitani, Toxic Lyrikali for joining her to back Harambee Stars

In an Instagram post shared on Sunday, September 27, 2026, Nana appreciated the artists for accompanying her after she invited them to the match to cheer on the national team.
Nana thanks ‘little brothers’
Nana described Kapitani and Toxic Lyrikali as her “little brothers” while praising them as some of the biggest and most talented artists in Kenya.
She also gave a special shout-out to her other little brother, whom she identified as @__amoh.16, telling him: “You are who you think you are!!”
Turning her attention to Kapitani and Toxic, Nana revealed that she had asked them to accompany her to the game in support of Harambee Stars and was pleased that they accepted without hesitation.
“I asked you to accompany me to this game to support our boys and you didn’t hesitate! Asante again!” she wrote.
Nana also added a playful message to the musicians, writing, “Vile nawaskiza mnaniskiza pia,” as she expressed her appreciation for their support.
‘A huge shout out’ to Harambee Stars
Beyond celebrating the musicians, Nana used the post to recognise the national team for their effort during the game.
“A huge shout out to our Harambee Stars. Thank you for the fight. Better days await us,” she wrote, accompanying the message with a heart emoji.
Her message highlighted the importance of standing behind the team regardless of the outcome, while acknowledging the players’ effort on the pitch.
Nana appreciates Kenyan fans
Nana also extended her gratitude to Kenyans who turned up in large numbers to support Harambee Stars.
“Last and not least..thank you Kenyans. Thank you for coming in large numbers to support our stars,” she wrote.
