Milly Wa Jesus fumes after hubby Kabi criticises her for wearing tumbo cut

The exchange unfolded while the couple were together at what appeared to be a warehouse, where Kabi questioned Milly’s decision to wear a tumbo cut top.
In the video shared on TikTok on Friday, July 17, 2026, Kabi argued that such outfits should be left for younger women, saying Milly should consider how people perceive her dressing and whether they would take her seriously while wearing revealing clothing.
He further pointed out that the top featured an opening that exposed part of her stomach, including her navel.
“Can you leave these ‘tumbo cuts’ for Njeri to wear? That’s what I’m telling you. What will people think about you? Do you even think they’ll take you seriously dressing in a tumbo cut?” Kabi said.
Milly quickly corrected her husband, explaining that the outfit was actually a crop top and not what he was calling a tumbo cut.
“It’s not even called a tumbo cut. It’s called a crop top,” she said.
She also reminded Kabi that she had been dressed the same way throughout the day and questioned why he had only decided to raise the issue at that particular moment.
“But I’ve never seen you have a problem with me revealing a bit of my stomach through my dressing,” she added.
As the conversation continued, Milly became visibly irritated, saying she did not understand why Kabi suddenly had a problem with her showing a small part of her stomach.
She went on to ask her followers whether there was anything wrong with her outfit, admitting that her husband’s comments had annoyed her.
According to Milly, Kabi’s criticism came as a surprise because he had spent the entire day with her without raising any concerns about her appearance.
“Guys, is there a problem with me showing my stomach? By the way, I’m now mad at him. You’re so boring. How can you suddenly say that now, yet you’ve been with me the whole day while I was dressed like this?” Milly asked.
Kabi, however, defended his remarks, explaining that his concern was not necessarily the outfit itself but the environment they were working in.
He argued that exposing her stomach while inside a warehouse was inappropriate and could even pose a safety risk, saying such outfits were better suited for relaxed settings such as the beach or while on holiday.
Kabi maintained that a warehouse filled with tools was not the ideal place to wear clothing that exposed the body, insisting he was looking out for her well-being rather than trying to control her fashion choices.
“But now we’re busy working. How can you reveal your navel while we’re in a warehouse? I hope you understand. The places where you can show your navel are at the beach or while on holiday somewhere. We’re in a warehouse, and your navel could even get hurt by the tools here,” Kabi said.
