Michelle Ntalami shares how God turned her most anxious birthday into a new beginning
By Valerian Khakayi, July 14, 2026Businesswoman and entrepreneur Michelle Ntalami has opened up about an emotional chapter in her life, revealing how what she described as her most anxious birthday became the start of a new season filled with hope and gratitude.
In a heartfelt post shared on social media on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, Ntalami reflected on her birthday on June 23, 2026, saying the day turned out to be one she will never forget.
“23 June 2026 is a day I’ll never forget. What was meant to be my most anxious birthday turned out to be one of my most joyful and memorable! “Ntalami wrote.

The founder of Marini Naturals admitted that, in the days leading up to her birthday, she was emotionally drained and struggling with discouragement.
“Everything prior to that seemed to be falling apart. I was tired, confused and so discouraged; I didn’t want to do any physical celebration. I just wanted to disappear and reappear,” she wrote.
However, Ntalami said she felt God impress upon her heart to hold a small Thanksgiving celebration instead of withdrawing from the occasion.
According to her, the gathering became more than just a birthday celebration, saying she believes it marked the beginning of a new chapter in both her personal life and her natural haircare brand, Marini Naturals.

“But who is God? He placed it in my heart to hold a small Thanksgiving because He wanted to officially and openly launch both mine and @marini.naturals’ new season. And boy, didn’t He show out,” Ntalami added.
Ntalami also used the opportunity to express gratitude to the brand partners who helped make the celebration possible, thanking them for their support and contribution.
“This is firstly a gratitude post to all my brand partners who worked with me to see this day come to pass as I showcase their work! You deserve all the flowers, thank you,” she wrote.
Her candid reflection resonated with many of her followers, with several taking to the comments section to congratulate her and celebrate what they described as a testimony of faith, resilience and new beginnings.
