The award-winning rapper, who recently revealed that he had reduced his weight from 137 kilogrammes to 90 kilogrammes, has been inspiring fans with regular updates on his fitness journey, proving that consistency and discipline can produce remarkable results.
In the Wednesday, July 22, 2026 update, Khaligraph responded to fans who had been asking about the kind of meals he eats to maintain his new physique.
“Munauliza ni nini tulakulanga but this is what we eat: salad inafungua fast, tulifanya fasting on Monday and Tuesday; Wednesday sikufast lakini nilikula tu watermelon peke yake and a great amount of calories to keep me going,” Khaligraph revealed.

His comments suggest that intermittent fasting, light meals, and careful calorie management have become key parts of his lifestyle. According to the rapper, salads are often his first meal after breaking a fast, while fruits such as watermelon help him stay energised on days when he chooses not to fast.
Beyond his diet, Khaligraph also demonstrated the level of dedication that has gone into his transformation by sharing videos of his workout sessions.
In one clip, the rapper was seen exercising at 2:15 a.m., while another showed him still training at 3:15 a.m., highlighting his commitment to maintaining a strict fitness schedule even during the early hours of the morning.

The latest revelation comes just days after Khaligraph gave fans a glimpse into his fasting routine.
On Thursday, July 9, 2026, Khaligraph Jones opened up about his intense ketogenic (keto) diet, revealing that he abstains from solid food for five days each week and only eats during a two-day window.
He said he survived on water throughout the fast before finally breaking it with eggs and sweet potatoes.
