Heha Movers sparks laughter with bizarre rules for house viewing

Heha Movers has left Kenyans amused after sharing a hilarious house-viewing post that came with an unusual list of instructions for prospective tenants.
In a post shared on Saturday, September 12, 2026, the moving and housing-related platform appeared to turn an ordinary house viewing into what sounded like a carefully planned mission, leaving social media users entertained.
Come alone
Among the most striking instructions was a warning for potential clients to come alone, with the house viewing supposedly taking place at night.
“Ukuje peke yako, house viewing ni usiku pekee yake,” Heha Movers said.
The post then took an even more humorous turn as prospective tenants were encouraged to dress smartly and come prepared with expensive-looking accessories and gadgets.
“Make sure mamboejo umebeba chaini yako silver, simu yako iwe deadly,” the post stated.

The instructions continued with a reference to having a smart car, a good phone and even a camera.
“Make sure umebeba kamera, simu mzuri. Ukuje na simu wa macho tatu. Lazima ubebe simu mzuri, kamera safi,” Heha Movers added.
The exaggerated instructions gave the house-viewing process an unusual twist, with the post seemingly presenting prospective tenants as though they were preparing for a high-profile outing rather than checking out a rental property.
Affordable and cheap houses
Heha Movers also made humorous claims about the rental prices available, mentioning properties in Lavington at surprisingly low figures.
“Ukitaka nyumba, Lavington, tunakupatia nyumba,” the post said, before adding that some houses could reportedly go for as little as Ksh8,000.
“Nyumba uneza pata na 8K. Na uneza kuja Lavington, tukakupatia nyumba 5K,” the post continued.
The advert also assured potential clients that the houses would meet their expectations, saying they would find a home that was “Kitu suru” and available at a “bei mwecheche.”

The combination of the unusual house-viewing rules, references to silver chains and three-camera phones, as well as the unexpectedly low rental prices, turned what would ordinarily be a straightforward property advert into a comedic post.
Heha Movers has previously attracted attention online for its viral comedy content, with its skits often drawing attention for satirising everyday urban Kenyan experiences.
The latest house-viewing post continued that humorous style, with its exaggerated instructions making the search for a new home sound anything but ordinary.
