From web developers to movers: The hilarious rise of Heha Movers comedy duo

By , August 18, 2026

Kenya’s social media has been taken over by an unlikely comedy duo from Kibra. What began as light-hearted videos of two young men presenting themselves as elite web developers and business marketers under the bold banner of HEHA Holdings has evolved into a viral comedy sensation: Heha Movers, the tongue-in-cheek “relocation agency” promising to move everything, including your peace of mind.

The faces behind the viral sensation are two internet personalities from Kibra. One has been prominently introduced as Mr Wahio, described in the videos as a young CEO and the figurehead behind HEHA Holdings.

Together with his partner, the duo first attracted attention with exaggerated clips promoting web design, digital marketing and corporate branding.

The duo’s comedy roots go beyond the current HEHA Movers identity. Their earlier content was associated with Kibra Laugh Industry, before the concept and branding evolved into the HEHA identity that audiences now recognise.

The change in name and direction helped create a new chapter for the creators, eventually leading to the emergence of Heha Movers.

Although the two men have become the most recognisable faces of the project, they are not necessarily working alone. Other people are involved behind the scenes.

Then came the twist.

HEHA Holdings appeared to transform into Heha Movers, a fictional moving and logistics company offering household relocations, office moves and increasingly absurd extras, including “arranging electronics” and even cooking for clients.

Jokes that took over social media

The duo’s satirical videos targeting Nairobi neighbourhoods such as Westlands, Yaya and Kitisuru helped push the joke into the mainstream.

In clip after clip, they presented exaggerated promises about packing, transportation and customer service while maintaining completely serious corporate personas.

In one of the jokes, customers are told they can hand over their computer passwords and safe passwords, leave their belongings behind and simply head to work, with Heha Movers supposedly taking care of the entire relocation.

The comedy comes from the exaggerated level of trust the fictional company demands, essentially telling customers to hand over everything they need to access their valuables and relax while the “professionals” handle the move.

Nicki Bigfish helps push the craze further

A major boost came from Kenyan comedian and content creator Nicki Bigfish, whose involvement helped expose the duo and their comedy to an even wider audience.

Known for his street comedy, pranks and viral content, Nicki Bigfish has built a style around unexpected interactions, exaggerated characters and situations that encourage people to react and share.

His support for Heha Movers fits naturally into that approach.

By amplifying the duo’s content and joining the conversation around the emerging craze, Nicki Bigfish helped give the Kibra creators additional visibility.
