Chaxy has opened up about the deep passion he has for Mic Cheque Podcast, revealing that his love for creating shows has pushed him to make significant personal and financial sacrifices.

Speaking about his journey, Chaxy explained that much of the money he was making was being channeled back into his creative work. Rather than viewing the expenses as a loss, he described them as part of his commitment to producing the kind of content he believes in.

He admitted that at one point he had to spend almost everything he had to ensure they could put together what he described as a massive episode. “I love what I do so much that I can do whatever it takes,” Chaxy said, explaining the passion that keeps him committed despite the financial demands.

Passion before profit

For Chaxy, the podcast is therefore not simply about making money. His comments reveal someone who is deeply invested in the creative process and willing to take risks to see his ideas come to life.

He also spoke about his desire to keep creating, saying his goal is to work on new shows every day. That ambition highlights the level of enthusiasm he has for the podcasting space and the desire to continually produce fresh conversations and experiences for audiences.

Beyond the production itself, Chaxy also expressed admiration for people he considers important to the creative and cultural space. He spoke about having immense respect for certain individuals and how their conversations with him have made him recognize the growing importance of creators in shaping culture.

His reflections also touched on self-awareness. Chaxy described himself as “just a player in the team”, suggesting that he sees his role as part of something bigger rather than believing he has to be the center of everything.

That perspective appears to be central to how he approaches his work. His love for Mic Cheque is tied not only to the podcast itself but also to the people, ideas and culture surrounding it.

From putting his own resources into production to wanting to create new shows consistently, Chaxy’s story paints a picture of someone who sees podcasting as more than a career. For him, it is a passion worth investing in, even when the journey demands sacrifice.

His experience is a reminder that behind successful creative platforms are often people willing to put their time, money and energy into something they genuinely believe in.
