Charlie Jones says fatherhood has brought him so much joy

Charlie Jones has opened up about the joy of becoming a father, saying parenthood has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of his life.
Speaking alongside his partner, media personality Betty Kyallo, on Monday, July 13, 2026, Charlie said becoming a parent has exceeded his expectations.
“We are so happy to be parents, and it brings a lot of joy to be a parent,” Charlie said.
He added that he never imagined just how rewarding fatherhood would be.
“I never knew it would bring a lot of joy like this,” he added.
Since the birth of his daughter with Betty Kyallo, Charlie Jones has often shared moments from his fatherhood journey, expressing his love and joy in raising their child.
Betty on motherhood
Betty Kyallo also reflected on her pregnancy journey, describing it as a memorable experience from beginning to end.
“Absolutely, the whole pregnancy up to when you hear your baby crying is so special,” Betty Kyallo said.
The media personality also emphasised the importance of monitoring newborns’ daily growth and watching out for any health abnormalities that may require immediate medical attention.
“That is why we have to take care of our newborns and look out for the red flags,” she added.
The couple used the opportunity to encourage parents to pay close attention to their newborns’ health by recognising danger signs that require immediate medical attention.
They went on to share newborn danger signs outlined by the Ministry of Health, urging parents and carers to seek immediate medical care if a baby experiences any health complications.
“Immediate response needed when Bleeding from umbilical area, Fast or difficulty breathing Only moves when touched or stimulated and Yellowing of the skin, or eyes High fever, Draining Pus in eyes, Troubled feeding, No feeding at all, convulsions”, the couple shared.
“Immediately visit a health facility.”
Nova’s birth
She revealed that her second daughter, Nova Aurora Jones, was born on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
“Welcome to the world, our precious little Princess Nova Aurora Jones, 15/04/26,” Betty announced.
“Thank you, Heavenly Father, God Almighty. We love you, God. Thank you.”
