Carol Kim praises Karangu
Carol Kim said that as the year came to a close, she felt compelled to honour Karangu for his resilience and strength.
“As this year comes to an end, I just want to honour and appreciate you,” she wrote on Facebook.
Also, she noted that despite the pain and the many highs and lows, Karangu remained patient and steadfast.
She added that she admired how he held everything together and stayed rooted in love, saying she was proud of him and thankful to God for him every single day.
Carol concluded by wishing him a new year filled with peace, joy, blessings and favour, while praying for God’s protection.
Her message was widely interpreted as calm, respectful and faith-driven, striking a notably soft tone at a time when many expected otherwise.
Karangu’s own words
Karangu Muraya did not directly respond to Carol Kim’s message.
Instead, he shared what he described as his final post of the year, accompanied by photos of himself alone.
In the reflective message, he thanked God for the grace that had carried him through the year, appreciated his supporters for the love shown to him throughout 2025.
He also apologised to anyone he may have wronged in any way, and signed off with a simple “SHALOM.”
Notably, the photos shared alongside the message did not include Carol Kim, a detail that did not go unnoticed by followers.
Earlier, the gospel singer had also expressed optimism about the future in a separate remark, saying he was looking for a good place to make a call when midnight struck in India.
