By , December 28, 2025

Content creator and social commentator Baba Talisha has shared a reflective message on gratitude, community, and the importance of acknowledging those who help us along the way.

In a statement on Saturday, December 27, 2025, Baba Talisha pushed back against the popular notion that “no one owes you anything, saying the phrase often ignores the role that support, kindness, and opportunity play in personal growth and success.

“Every time someone says things like ‘no one owes you anything’, I keep my mouth shut. Because I owe people a lot,” Baba Talisha said.

The influencer went on to acknowledge that his journey has been shaped by the generosity and belief of others, crediting mentors, friends, and supporters who stood by him during moments of doubt.

“I stand on the shoulders of people smarter than me. People who held my hand when I didn’t think it was worth holding, and people who gave me a chance when no one else did,” he added.

Meaningful relationships

This comes a few months after Baba Talisha opened up about what he calls the keys to building lasting and meaningful relationships, offering his fans practical advice for nurturing love and commitment.

Speaking in a social media post on Saturday, August 30, 2025, Baba Talisha reflected on the pressures facing modern relationships, particularly among those in the public eye.

He noted that the internet is filled with breakup stories from content creators and celebrities, which can create anxiety for those seeking stable partnerships.

“Strong bonds aren’t built on glamorous dates or online posts. They are built on patience, forgiveness, communication, and choosing each other daily, even when it’s not easy,” he said.

Baba Talisha emphasised that one essential secret to lasting love is adjusting expectations while increasing appreciation for one another.

Accepting the real person standing next to you, rather than seeking perfection, allows love to feel lighter and more genuine.

He also addressed why many relationships under public scrutiny tend to fail, highlighting challenges such as constant exposure, busy schedules, temptations, unrealistic expectations, and lack of privacy.

“Every little fight becomes gossip, and healing in the spotlight is almost impossible,” he explained.
