Digital content creator and musician Erastus Otieno, widely known as Flaqo Raz, has opened up about his viral forex comic skit that sparked backlash from forex traders.

Speaking during an interview with Oga Obinna on Monday night, August 11, 2025, Flaqo explained that the idea for the skit was inspired by a viral meme about forex trading that is widely shared and joked about among social media users.

He says his intention was purely comic and not to target or offend anyone.

Additionally, the content creator clarified that during the production of the skit, he did not target any specific trader, emphasising that it was intended as a general skit with no ill intentions.

He added that after the clip went viral, he was shocked to discover the coincidence between the character he created innocently in his video and real traders, as highlighted in the comment section.

Mimi nikitoa content, huwa siyo ya ugomvi it is just out of a pure heart, just making fan of the situation.
