Controversial singer Ringtone Apoko and popular blogger Robert Alai were today, Friday, July 23 involved in an ugly road rage in Kilimani, Nairobi.

According to videos widely circulated on social media, the singer could be seen standing on top of his car while shouting at Alai who was holding a rungu.

It is alleged that the blogger rammed into Ringtone’s car leading to a confrontation that saw Alai reportedly hit Ringtone with the rungu.

In a short video shared by Emoo FM, the singer says Alai blocked his car shortly before ramming it.

It still remains unclear if the drama was stage-managed or not.

K24 Digital understands that Alai is currently working on two projects – The Audit show and the Alai’s Nude Race where he is seeking to raise Ksh 1 million.

On the other hand, Ringtone is known for pulling such stunts whenever he wants to release a song.

Further, the singer was seen distributing money in Ksh 100 notes at the accident scene.

Both Alai and Ringtone had not issued statements on the drama by the time of publishing.
