The four Chinese nationals who were accused of caning their Kenyan workers have been granted their wish for deportation.
The four suspects on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, told the High Court that they are willing to be deported because they have been suffering.
As a result, High Court judge Luka Kimaru on Wednesday ordered the implementation of the deportation directive issued by Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i.
The four Chinese suspects are: Liu Jiang, Wang Kai, Zhao Liangbin and Li Shaoqing.
