30-year-old Shakib Cham Lutaaya has officially announced his plan to marry her 41-year-old sweetheart Zari Hassan.

The mother of five revealed Lutaaya was planning to settle down in marriage in a video posted on her Insta Stories.

The lovestruck Ugandan socialite appeared with her young lover in the video as she made the announcement about their planned introduction ceremony.

Zari said Lutaaya told her he wanted to meet her father (her mother died on July 20, 2017) to officially tell him his plan to marry her.

“Shakib told me yesterday that he wants to meet my father to ask for my hand in marriage,” Zari said.

Zari mocks critics

The mother of five hit out at detractors who foresaw doom in her relationship with Lutaaya. She mocked her critics telling them to seek a refund from witchdoctors who told them her relationship with the young lover would end in prime tears.

“All those who said it will end in tears ask your witchdoctors for a refund. The witchdoctors did not work. Go back and ask for a refund,” Zari said.

Zari had earlier confessed that she has added weight because of the happiness Lutaaya has brought to her life.

“I’m starting to grow big. I see the cheek. I have given myself a lot of peace. Mr Lutaaya you’re giving me a lot of peace, because, people, let me tell you about peace of mind, let me tell you about peace of mind, that one, no matter what you do, you grow big, even when you are not eating,” Zari confessed.

Lovestruck Zari further asked Lutaaya to ‘add her another dose’ of whatever he is doing to her.

“Mr. Lutaaya whatever you are doing, add more. Add me another dose, whatever you are doing because they are working, they are working. Even those bewitching are frustrated, they need a refund. I still have my peace, go and ask for a refund,” she added.

Zari’s marriage to Lutaaya would be her third. The Ugandan socialite was married to Ivan Ssemwaga for approximately 12 years and they were blessed with three sons in the course of their troubled marriage.

In 2013, Zari divorced Ivan hinting at the possibility of domestic violence as the reason why she decided to walk away from their matrimonial home.

She established a romantic relationship with Diamond Platnumz, who is 9 years her junior, sometime in 2014 – a year after divorcing her late husband Ivan Semwanga.

Diamond and Zari are blessed with two children together – Latifah Dangote (born on 6 August 2015) and Prince Nillan (born on 6 December 2016).

She broke up with her Tanzanian baby daddy on Valentine’s Day 14 February 2018 after getting tired of his continued infidelity. Diamond cheated on Zari multiple times, even siring a kid with Hamisa Mobetto.

Zari got married to a South African-based man she only referred to as ‘King Bae’ on Mandela Day July 18 2019. Their marriage didn’t stand the test of time either.
