While revealing the news of his father’s death, Kingi shared an emotional dance he enjoyed with his father during the Christmas celebration of 2024.
Kingi has recounted the incident which he did not know would be the first and last emotional moment he shared with the father.
“Since I attained adulthood, I don’t remember ever dancing with you, Dad. Not until the 25th of December 2024 during Christmas at Mjanaheri village when, for the very first time, we danced, danced and danced together until sunset.
“Your face beamed with joy. We were not just celebrating Christmas but giving thanks to the Almighty for your remarkable recovery after years of battling many ailments. I didn’t know that dance would be the first and last with you, Dad,” Kingi wrote on his official page.
“Dad, may the Angels open the Gates of Heaven and welcome another Angel with a dance just like we did at Mjanaheri. Until we meet again, Dad.”
