Ivy Wangechi killing: Kinuthia bail ruling set for Monday

The High Court in Eldoret will today 2pm rule on the bail application by Naftali Kinuthia, the man accused of murdering Moi University medical student Ivy Wangechi.

Through his lawyer Mbiu Kamau, Kinuthia wants his case to proceed while he is out on bail.

Kinuthia is accused of murdering Wangechi in Eldoret on March 9.
