Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has said that the 2021 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination had no irregularities at all.
“I want to tell you that this exam did not leak. So the people from the media have nothing to write,” Magoha said at Mtihani House while releasing the 2021 KCPE results.
The CS, however, said there were attempts of cheating among teachers.
“We are lucky we are using containers to keep exams. Some teachers tried to take pictures of the exam and send via Whatsapp, but that happened after the learners were already in classrooms.
“That is why we banned the use of phones within school compounds,” Mogoha added.
