The inaugural Africa Climate Summit currently being held in Nairobi, Kenya has attracted several world leaders into the country.
The 3-day summit, which is scheduled to take place from September 4, 2023, to September 6, 2023, is being held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
Africa Climate Summit aims to address the increasing exposure to climate change and its associated costs, both globally and particularly in Africa.
The Summit will serve as a platform to inform, frame, and influence commitments, pledges, and outcomes, ultimately leading to the development of the Nairobi Declaration.
President William Ruto chairs the Summit being the host.
