Illicit brew

Elsewhere, police in Juja, Kiambu County raided a home and impounded 8,750 litres of suspected ethanol used for the making of illegal brew.

Police said a multiagency team acting on a tipoff from members of the public raided the home and found the ethanol which they said was initially used for processing groundnuts at a factory that has since closed down.
