Speaker Kenneth Lusaka said the Senate Business Committee resolved that the Bill be introduced in the Senate for First Reading on Thursday.
BBI surpasses 24 threshold: list of counties that have passed Bill
As of noon Tuesday, 28 County Assemblies had voted to pass the Bill.
Kisii County Assembly passes BBI Bill, only 16 more needed
If the BBI Bill is passed in 16 more counties, it will head to Parliament and then a referendum will be held.
