Kenya Prisons cruise to a resounding victory as volleyball league gains pace

The match, which tipped off at 11:00 am, showcased the champions’ class, composure, and sheer authority on the court as they cruised to a resounding 3-0 victory.
Kenya Prisons set the tone with relentless pressure and sharp attacking play as A+ Plus struggled to find rhythm when their opponents dictated the pace, quickly racing to a commanding 25-6 win in the first set.

The second set followed a similar script, with Kenya Prisons maintaining high intensity and precision. Their cohesive teamwork and tactical execution proved too much for A+ Plus, who were again outclassed as the set ended 25-10. With momentum firmly on their side, Kenya Prisons showed no signs of easing off.
Although A+ Plus mounted a stronger challenge in the third set, Kenya Prisons remained composed, neutralising any threat with solid blocks and clinical finishes. The final set ended 25-16.
The match was officiated by an experienced panel led by first referee Sylvester Webala and second referee Hillary Barasa. They were assisted by scorer Gladys Mwania and assistant scorer Judy Mosinya.
Supporting them on the sidelines were line judges Willy Wambua, Vincent Lang’at, Wilfred Mutuma, and Benson Nderitu, tasked with maintaining fairness and precision throughout the contest.

Prisons Nairobi vs Postbank
In another anticipated fixture, Prisons Nairobi will lock horns with Postbank in a match scheduled for a 1:00 pm tip-off. Both teams head into the contest eager to assert their authority and strengthen their positions in the standings.
The match will be officiated by an experienced team of officials, led by first referee Judy Mosinya and second referee Willy Wambua. They will be supported by scorer Gladys Mwania and assistant scorer Vincent Lang’at.
The line judges will be Hillary Barasa, Benson Nderitu, Wilfred Mutuma, and Sylvester Webala.
