A campaign vehicle belonging to Deputy President William Ruto’s ally, South Mugirango Member of Parliament (MP), Silvanus Osoro overturned with supporters on board.
In a footage doing rounds on social media, the said vehicle branded with United Democratic Alliance (UDA) colours and symbols was seen overturning at a junction in Kisii town while attempting to veer.
The incident saw a number of supporters sustaining serious injuries as one was trapped under the said vehicle.

The area residents rushed to the aid of the wounded supporters who were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
By the time this article was being published, police had not yet given a statement on the matter.
The video sparked public debate from a section of social media users who urged the authority to act swiftly regarding the matter.
