To help passengers stay safe, Kenya Railways stated that Madaraka Express tickets should only be booked through its official channels. The corporation said passengers can purchase tickets online through metickets.krc.co.ke, via the *639# USSD service, or by visiting any Madaraka Express Passenger Service station.
