By Ascah Mwango, January 21, 2026Media personality Willis Raburu has shared an inspiring message encouraging Kenyans to stay hopeful, even in the midst of life’s challenges.
In a statement shared on his X account on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Raburu acknowledged the pressures many face daily and urged people to take a moment to reflect on their journey. He reminded his followers that it is okay to pause, appreciate life, and recognise the progress they have made, no matter how small.
“You know, sometimes you can be under so much pressure that you forget to thank God for even life itself. Listen, I know it’s hard out here, I know its bleak and sometimes it looks like its not getting better. Sometimes on this platform, all we do is fight or engage and want to get the smartest and most polished post or rebuttal,” Raburu stated.
Adding;
“Imagine it is ok to just for a moment, for a time, to pause and reflect on not just where you have come from, but where you are going. Your audacious dreams are valid. However, if the current struggle is to put food on the table, to find something to do with your hands, to make ends meet, then I just want to encourage you, every problem has an expiry date.”

Raburu highlighted that life can feel overwhelming, especially when the focus is on survival, finding food, making ends meet, or simply trying to keep going. Yet, he reassured his audience that every problem has an end, and persistence is key.

He emphasised the shared resilience of Kenyans, noting that despite the struggles, the country’s people are hardworking and blessed. Raburu encouraged his followers to keep pushing forward, saying each passing moment brings them closer to overcoming their challenges.
“Don’t give up. Please. Each moment you are awake, each second that passes by is one closer to the end of the problem. I may not know you, but we have a common thread: we are Kenyans. A resilient, hardworking and above all, blessed people. Don’t give up. Please.”
