‘Stop eating a plate full of ugali’: Ntazola issues hilarious warning over plate-heavy diets
By Ascah Mwango, May 12, 2026Internet sensation Ntazola Gloria has sparked conversation online after sharing a blunt but humorous take on eating habits and body confidence.
In a statement posted on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Gloria cautioned her followers against overindulging in heavy meals, particularly popular staples such as ugali and chapati, saying the habit could leave many struggling to fit comfortably into their favourite outfits.
Known for her unfiltered opinions and playful online personality, Gloria did not hold back as she joked about people piling mountains of ugali onto their plates before wondering why their clothes suddenly felt tighter than usual.
“Stop eating a plate full 4 of ugali and 5 chapatis. That will get u a big stomach, and you won’t be able to confidently rock your cute outfits,” Ntazola Gloria stated.

This comes weeks after she opened up about her weight-loss journey, revealing a strict plan aimed at reaching 60 kilograms by the end of the year.
In a post shared on her official Instagram account on April 11, 2026, Ntazola said she has already started noticing changes, crediting her gym routine for the progress. She said her body is slowly transforming, especially her back.
“Trust me, that gym is paying off and be sure I’m attending all those end-of-year groove parties. I don’t know if you noticed, but my back is really sculpting,” Ntazola said, showing excitement about her results so far.
She also revealed major changes in her diet, saying she has drastically reduced her food intake and is now mostly on salads while staying consistent with her workouts. “I know this sounds crazy, but by the end of this year I’ll be 60kgs,” she added.
Ntazola further joked that friends should not expect her to cook anytime soon, saying her focus is fully on fitness. “Don’t ever ask me to cook for you, please. I have stopped eating; ni mimi na salads na gym,” she said. She added that she is giving herself two months to adjust before fully stepping into her new lifestyle and becoming more social.
“So here’s what I have decided. I’m giving myself two months to adjust in my new decisions,” she said. “From July, I’ll be outside, like seriously outside, wearing skimpy clothes and learning how to smoke and get drunk.”
This also comes months after she revealed she spent about Ksh900,000 on cosmetic surgery during a trip to Nigeria.
In an Instagram story shared on November 25, 2025, she broke down her expenses, including travel, accommodation, surgery, and aftercare.

“I’ll share with y’all everything you need to know. It’s affordable. Flight ticket visa 285k. The hotel where I stayed 4 days before surgery was paying 47k a night, that’s in Banana Island, it’s a bit expensive!! Surgery itself is 900k. Staying at the hospital for 16 days, after care, you pay 13k per night. Other utilities, shopping and buying stuff and extra expenditures were over 600k because I’m a spendthrift,” Ntazola stated.
