In a post on her Instagram account on Monday, January 19, 2026, Risper described Ofweneke as more than just a colleague, referring to him as her “TV brother” and best advisor.
She went on to reflect on how their relationship has grown beyond the TV hosting, noting that he has been a constant presence in her life, her safe place and voice of reason during challenging moments.
“Happy birthday to my TV brother and my best advisor. From the screen to real life, you’ve been my constant, my safe place, my voice of reason, and the one who always knows what to say when my world feels loud,” Risper wrote.
While appreciating Ofweneke for standing by her, cheering her on, Risper went on to express deep gratitude for his love, wisdom, and unwavering support, acknowledging the impact he has had on her personal and professional journey.

Ofweneke celebrates 35th birthday
Comedian and media personality Dr Ofweneke recenlty celebrated his 35th birthday, marking a major milestone in both his personal and professional journey.
In an Instagram post shared on Saturday, January 17, 2026, Dr Ofweneke highlighted what he has accomplished as a man, father, son, and brand, describing the aura of confidence and influence he has built over the years.
He acknowledged that his achievements were not accidental, attributing them to constant resilience, persistence, determination, and prayer.
He also spoke about the spiritual practices that have sustained him, referencing moments of worship and even “bursting into tongues” as a source of strength and guidance throughout his life.
Despite facing challenges, criticism, and false accusations from others, Dr Ofweneke emphasised that he has remained unbroken. “You keep on keeping on,” he wrote, signalling his commitment to perseverance in the face of adversity.
