Pritty Vishy cautions fans against influencers promoting tummy and butt pills after Lipo 360
By Valerian Khakayi, January 28, 2026Digital content creator Purity Vishenwa, widely known as Pritty Vishy, has cautioned fans against influencers who have undergone Lipo 360 but still go ahead to promote and sell tummy and butt pills.
Taking to her official Instagram account on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, Pritty Vishy warned the public to be careful with influencers advertising body-enhancing pills while knowing very well that their body transformation came from cosmetic surgery.
Vishy explained that it is dishonest for influencers to mislead their followers into believing pills are responsible for their body shape when they achieved the results through surgery.

“Be careful with influencers who have done lipo 360 and go ahead to advertise and sell for you people flat tummy and mafrumbaya (butt) pills. Be careful with such influencers/influencer,”Vishy warned.
According to her, many fans end up wasting money and risking their health in pursuit of unrealistic results.
Her sentiments are an urgent call to influencers to be honest with their followers and fans, to always question what they see online before buying body-enhancing products.

Selling pills after lipo
Vishy’s warning comes after social media influencer and entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola spoke out on why she cannot sell tummy and butt pills despite constant requests from her followers.
In a statement shared on her official Instagram account on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, Ntazola said she is surprised that some people still ask her to sell body‑enhancing pills even though she has openly admitted to undergoing liposuction on her stomach.

”Some of you really, really surprise me. You all understand I did a lipo on my stomach, but still want me to sell you tummy pills and butt pills,” Ntazola revealed.
Ntazola made it clear that selling such products would be dishonest, noting that her current body shape is not the result of pills but a cosmetic procedure.
”I am not wicked, I cannot do that, I literally did my body and that means I will be lying to you if I start selling those pills. That’s not fair,” she explained.
She added that misleading her followers for money would be unfair and against her values, stressing the importance of honesty on social media.
