Ntazola plans fresh start in gym following cosmetic surgery

In an update posted on her Instagram stories on Monday, December 9, 2025, Ntazola said she is excited to hit to gym and focus on shaping her body once her recovery period is complete.
She noted that she is currently one month into the healing process and still has some time to go before she is cleared for full workouts.
“Can’t wait to hit the gym and sculpt this body,” Ntazola stated.
Adding;
“One month after op, still a long way to go.”
Not planned
This comes days after she admitted that she did not research her surgeon before planning to get her procedure. Speaking during a Q&A on November 28, 2025, she revealed the choice was spontaneous, saying she simply called the hospital for an urgent appointment and relied on a friend’s reassurance.
“No, I did not. I woke up, called the hospital and told them I need an appointment on short notice. I do not plan for things… My friend has lots of female friends who have done their bodies there before, and he said it was safe. I was really sick of that tummy,” she explained.
Her confession comes shortly after she disclosed that the tummy tuck cost her Ksh900,000, part of an overall high-budget trip. On November 25, 2025, she shared a breakdown that included Ksh285,000 for flight and visa, a Ksh47,000-per-night stay in Banana Island before surgery, and Ksh13,000 per night for 16 days of aftercare. Additional shopping and personal expenses exceeded Ksh600,000.
“I will share with you everything you need to know. It is affordable… Please do your maths right and plan yourself; it is something you can do,” she said, adding that she also got lip fillers.
Ntazola noted that her cosmetic enhancements align with her ambitions in the beauty industry.
“I am in the cosmetics industry… Please, I need to look sharp. Do not expect me to look like someone in the mechanical engineering fields,” she stated.
