Gloria Ntazola reveals ex-boyfriend paid for her cosmetic surgery

Speaking openly on Thursday, January 15, 2026, she explained that the conversation started as a joke but later turned into a serious decision that he fully supported. She said the move surprised her because she did not expect him to follow through.
She explains that her ex had already done a lot for her and seemed tired from constantly providing.
“So akaniambia, what do you want to do? Because aki ame nini ame…amenifungulia duka mpaka amechoka,” she said.
She adds that he had been opening businesses for her for a long time.
Ntazola says she did not ask him for another shop and instead made a light comment about her body.
“So I didn’t ask him for a shop last year. I just jokingly told him like I wanna go do my body,” she says.
At the time, she insists she was not serious. She said he questioned her request and even complimented her looks.
“He told me what do you want to correct in your body and you look good,” she explains.
Ntazola then admits she mentioned wanting to remove her stomach, still treating it as a joke.
Started as a joke
Ntazola says the situation changed when he began asking detailed questions.
“It was a joke, I actually didn’t know he was going to take it seriously,” she said. He went ahead and asked about the cost, which caught her off guard.
She explained that she needed time to think about it.
“He asked how much do you want to spend on your body?” she said.
She told him she would share the details later after deciding on the amount and the clinic she wanted. Ntazola said she then started doing her own research and reached out to friends.
“So ikakukja kufanya research za clinics. I called friends,” she explains.
After sharing the information with him, she says his response was simple and supportive.
“Nikamwambia akasema it is okay. He did everything,” Ntazola says.
Reflecting on the experience, Ntazola says the gesture meant a lot to her.
“Can I tell you something, my ex has gone out and above for me, that is one thing I wanted to say,” she explains, describing it as a defining part of their relationship.
