Georgina Njenga: My type has changed to men with children
By Paulette Mboga, March 10, 2026Content creator and influencer Georgina Njenga has revealed that her type in men has changed, saying she now prefers men who have children.
The content creator says this shift is not negative, but comes from a place of understanding and maturity.
Speaking about her preferences with Oga Obinna on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Njenga explained that two years ago, she was attracted to people her own age.
“Not saying I cannot date people around my age group, but they have to be mature. Some people mature faster,” she said.

She added that her type has evolved over time.
“Initially, it was tall, dark and handsome. My type has changed with time,” Njenga explained.
Georgina clears up relationship rumours
This statement comes after speculation around her relationship with her baby daddy, Tyler. The two recently posted a video dancing together, which led some to believe they had rekindled their romance. Njenga, however, clarified that they are not back together.
She said they are focused on co-parenting their child peacefully.
“We are just co-parenting,” she added, stressing that their recent video does not signal a reunion.

Njenga explained that dating men with children has given her a better perspective on life and relationships. She says such men tend to understand responsibility, commitment, and parenting challenges, which aligns with her own experiences as a parent.
She emphasised that maturity is more important than age when it comes to dating.
The media personality also mentioned that her preferences do not rule out dating men her own age. She said she remains open to relationships, provided the person demonstrates the maturity and understanding she values.
She concluded by reaffirming that co-parenting with Tyler remains her priority. The focus on parenting and personal growth guides her choices in relationships, ensuring that her child’s well-being remains central.
Georgina Njenga’s evolution in dating preferences reflects her personal growth and understanding of what she values in a partner. She now seeks men who can relate to parenting responsibilities and share her commitment to maturity and stability.
