Speaking in a video shared on her TikTok page on Saturday, January 3, 2026, Musila revealed that January 4 will be the long-awaited special day, as it marks both her husband’s birthday and their relationship anniversaries.
“No pun intended. By the way, let me inform you before you see me post it. On the 4th of January, my husband, Peter Omwaka, and I are going to be celebrating six years of being together,” she said.
She noted that the date will see them celebrate six years of being together and four years since they officially tied the knot.
Musila explained that January 4 marks the day she and her husband began their journey together as a couple while also commemorating the fourth anniversary of the day they exchanged vows. She described the coincidence of the celebrations falling on her husband’s birthday as special.
“And it will be on the 4th of January, which is also my husband’s birthday. We are also going to be celebrating our fourth wedding anniversary. How cool is that?” she shared.
In the video, Musila made it clear that she was intentionally sharing the information ahead of time, stating that she wanted to give critics a topic to discuss before she officially posts about the milestone on the day itself.
She added that she had chosen to speak first rather than wait for speculation and commentary online.
“So, before I post on the 4th, I am giving you a topic for you guys to discuss. Imagine how nice that is for you guys. So on the 4th of January, Peter Omwaka and I will celebrate four years since we said I do,” she said.
Musila further noted that she and her husband have no intention of slowing down, adding that they will continue living their lives openly despite criticism.
She maintained that their relationship remains strong and that the celebrations are a reflection of their commitment to each other.
“But six years of being together, and we are not stopping. We will make sure you all have something to keep talking about every day. So start with this one. I have decided to go ahead of you. It is the 4th of January,” she shared.
