Two-month fitness results

Diana said she enrolled in online classes by Eveal Health and Fitness and has noticed significant results in just two months.

“I hooked myself on @eveal_health_and_fitness online classes, and let me tell you. ” “I have seen results in 2 months than all the years I’ve been putting in the work!” she said.

The content creator emphasised that achieving physical changes takes time, urging her followers not to expect instant results.

“Results are not overnight… Motivation will FAIL you, but DISCIPLINE will let you SHOW OFF,” Diana said.

She also encouraged women to make fitness a consistent part of their lives, rather than relying on motivation alone.

“And finally, you need EVE IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY!” she added.

Diana on working out

Diana has previously said she has become increasingly attached to working out as she embraces ageing.

“I think I am addicted to the gym; I want to do those workouts because we are ageing gracefully,” she said.

She also linked her changing appearance to combining exercise with healthy eating.

“Every day I look at myself, I see that I am becoming younger by the day. At times, nikaa hivi na. Heaven, guys, you might think I am Heaven’s big sister, and to be honest, I am eating well and incorporating it with the gym,” Diana stated.

The mother of three has also identified losing tummy fat as one of the most difficult aspects of her fitness journey.

“The hardest thing to lose is the tummy,” she revealed.
