Mosiria vows to force professional reunion between Eve Mungai and Director Trevor

In a striking intervention shared on his official Instagram account on Thursday evening, July 9, 2026, Mosiria declared that he is prepared to personally step in to steady the creator’s brand identity.
His proposed solution hinges on engineering a workplace-only reconciliation with her estranged former partner and long-term manager, Director Trevor.
Expressing his deep disappointment at the current creative trajectory of Eve’s independent digital platforms, Mosiria did not hold back.
He openly challenged her recent choices, arguing that the shift alienates the high-profile, influential figures who initially propelled her to national stardom.
“I will personally reach out to Director Trevor and ask him to help Eve Mungai produce professional content because what Eve is currently doing is, in my opinion, unprofessional especially for someone we have always known as one of Kenya’s top content creators, interviewing influential people in our society with professionalism,” Mosiria wrote candidly.
He continued, focusing on her deviation from mainstream reporting standards: “Posting videos that contain sexually suggestive content is not the professional standard I knew her for. I believe her talent and influence can be used to create content that informs, inspires, and positively impacts society.”
Mosiria’s public appeal touches a highly sensitive nerve within East Africa’s media ecosystem.
Eve Mungai and Director Trevor were once the undisputed golden couple of Kenyan YouTube, building a massive media enterprise side-by-side over a formidable five-year period.
However, their professional and romantic partnership came to a sudden, highly publicized end in early 2024.
Following their personal split, Trevor took full administrative control of their main shared channels – rebranding the flagship platforms under his own moniker – while Eve was forced to rebuild her digital footprint entirely from scratch on brand-new, independent accounts.
Since the division of their shared assets, the two have operated in entirely separate social and corporate spheres.
While the prospect of working alongside an ex-partner remains a deeply complex personal boundary, Mosiria maintains that separating past personal grievances from business survival is the only way forward for Eve’s long-term career longevity.
