Director Trevor explains his role in Heha Movers after reports he wanted to manage them
By Paulette Mboga, August 22, 2026Director Trevor has clarified his role in Heha Movers after reports suggested that he wanted to manage the group.
Trevor said he was not seeking to become the manager and explained that he intended to help turn Heha Movers into a real moving company. He said his role was focused on connecting the group with people who could help grow the idea into a business.
“I don’t know why many news outlets are labelling it as me wanting to manage Heha Movers. I don’t just associate myself with anyone who is trending,” Director Trevor said on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Trevor explained that his interest was in helping the group build a proper business around the Heha Movers name. He said he wanted to connect the group with investors, business owners and people who already understand the moving industry. He said these connections could help turn the name into an actual company.
“What I was trying to do was help actualise the name Heha Movers into a real movers company by connecting them with investors, business owners and people who already understand that industry,” Director Trevor said.
Trevor explains why he will not manage Heha Movers
Trevor said managing Heha Movers was not something he wanted to take on. He explained that building a proper structure around a group of up to five people and helping it grow would require a lot of work. He said that is not where he wants to put his focus.
“The reason I can’t manage Heha Movers is simple: building a proper structure around a group of up to five people and growing is not an easy task, and that’s not where I want to put my focus,” Director Trevor said.

Heha Movers has become popular on Kenya’s social media after two young men from Kibra began making light-hearted videos. They presented themselves as elite web developers and business marketers under the name HEHA Holdings. The idea later developed into the viral Heha Movers concept, which presents itself as a relocation agency.
Trevor said his involvement should therefore not be understood as an attempt to manage the group. He explained that he was focused on helping create connections that could support the business idea. He also suggested that the results of his efforts would become clearer with time.
“Let’s revisit this conversation in one month. By then, you’ll understand exactly what I meant by turning Heha Movers into an actual business,” Director Trevor said.
