Apostle Dan Wema reveals tips that helped his Facebook payout cross Ksh155K
By Steve Ireri, June 7, 2026Minister of the Gospel and philanthropist Apostle Dan Wema has revealed that his earnings from Facebook have continued to rise, saying his current payout has crossed $1,200 (about Ksh155,000), which he credited to consistent support and engagement from his followers.
In a Facebook post on June 7, 2026, the preacher expressed gratitude to his fans, saying even those who engage with him through both positive and negative commentary have contributed to his growing digital income.
“Those who talk about me, whether positively or negatively, you have done well. Today, on June 7, 2026, my Facebook dollar balance has reached $1,200 (about Ksh155,000),” he wrote.
Apostle Wema disclosed that his Facebook balance had recently grown significantly from around $800 (approximately Ksh103,000) to over $1,200 (about Ksh155,000) within a short period, describing the increase as a sign of divine favour and public engagement.
“Just recently, you saw me post when it was around $800 (about Ksh103,000). Imagine we have not even reached half of the month; God is truly good. Thank you and be blessed,” he added.
He noted that the platform’s “bonus” system rewards creators based on views and engagement, adding that viral content can generate substantial returns when it reaches millions of views.
According to him, posts that attract high engagement, sometimes reaching up to 3 million views, can earn creators around $320 (approximately Ksh41,000) per payout cycle.
“Wale mnalipwa na Facebook kuna kitu inaitwa BONUS! It means that if you post content and it reaches, let’s say, 3 million views, you can be paid about $320,” he wrote.

The Apostle credited his followers for playing a key role in his online success, saying both supporters and critics had helped boost his visibility.
He expressed appreciation for the continued interaction on his posts, noting that engagement levels directly influence earnings on the platform.
“Most of the time, you need to do at least two posts a week for you to really see good money, that is real income,” he added.
In his message, Wema also encouraged followers to continue liking and sharing his content, at one point jokingly challenging them to push one of his posts to 10,000 likes.
“If this post reaches 10,000 likes, then I will go to church and come back to explain this whole thing properly,” he wrote.
Beyond the earnings, Apostle Wema said part of the money will be directed towards supporting vulnerable members of society.
He revealed plans to purchase furniture for a widowed woman in Nakuru, saying the gesture is part of his ongoing commitment to philanthropy and community support.
The gospel minister also mentioned that he had previously supported a young creative talent with Ksh20,000, saying he believes in uplifting upcoming artists and creatives.
“I will use this money to buy furniture for a widowed woman in Nakuru. I am happy. Let me post again because my target is $3,500 (about Ksh450,000) before this month ends,” he added.

Wema further used the moment to encourage Luhya artists and creatives to support one another instead of competing negatively, saying unity would help grow the industry and improve livelihoods.
He also reflected on a recent performance event held at Jadelica Hotel in Bungoma, describing it as successful and well-received.
Apostle Dan Wema maintained that his growing Facebook earnings are not just personal success but a shared achievement with his audience, whom he thanked for their continued support.
“I bless this mama who acts, and I have supported a young talent with Ksh30,000 and another young man who drew me because of my likeness with Ksh20,000. Yesterday’s show at Jadelica Hotel in Bungoma was amazing. Luhya artists should not envy but support one another,” he said.
