Captain Sammir discloses details of his will to TikTokers as he claims his life is in danger
By Steve Ireri, March 22, 2026USA-based Kenyan TikToker Captain Sammir has broken down details of his will to TikTokers in an emotional revelation where he also claimed that some people are after ending his life.
Speaking in the TikTok live on the night of Saturday, March 22, 2026, Sammir noted that he wanted fifty per cent of his total wealth to be shared among his children.
“So fifty per cent of my wealth will go to my children. Of that fifty percent, twenty percent should go to their mothers because they will need it to raise the children,” he said.
The TikToker, who previously dated Hanna Benta, added that twenty per cent of that fifty per cent should be allocated to the mothers of his children to support them in raising the children.
Sammir insisted that the remaining thirty per cent of the children’s share should be held until they reach eighteen years of age, at which point it should be released to them.
“The remaining thirty percent should be held for my children until they turn eighteen, at which point it should be given to them,” he added.

Sammir explained that thirty per cent of his total estate should go to his wife, Gilo Ntinyari.
The TikToker added that he wanted fans and well-wishers to comfort and encourage Gilo and noted that she should be able to move on with her life if he were to die.
Sammir emphasised that Gilo is nineteen years old and insisted that he did not want her to be consumed by grief or feel trapped by his death.
“Thirty percent of all I have after my death should go to my wife, Gilo Ntinyari. I want my fans to comfort and encourage her and to tell her that I am okay with her moving on and remarrying if she wants to, because she is very young, only nineteen. I do not want her to die in my place crying because I passed away,” he said.
He added that Gilo is free to remarry if she wishes, including the possibility of being married by his brother, and insisted that she should feel unburdened and be able to live in peace.
“The baby she is carrying for me should be delivered safely. She is free to move on and get married, even to my brother if she wishes. I am setting her free. Our marriage was until death do us part, but I want her to be at peace,” Sammir said.
Further, Sammir noted that all the wealth he referred to is in American currency and added that it would translate to billions in Kenyan shillings.
He emphasised that the livestream should serve as his public will in case any harm comes to him.
However, he added that there was no official confirmation of threats to his life and prayed to God to preserve his life.
“I am making this public so that everyone knows my will. All the money I have been talking about is in American currency, which is worth billions in Kenyan shillings. That money will go to my wife and my children,” he said.
